Hebert, Martial
Dr. Martial Hebert is the Dean of the School of Computer Sciences at Carnegie Mellon. He came to CMU in 1984. Hebert's work is mainly focused on computer vision and perception, leading to his involvement in a number of major projects like Navlab and Ambler. Hebert also served as the Director of the Robotics Institute from 2014 until his appointment as Dean in 2019.
